Clowns in the Sky have a team of 16 runners taking part in the Brentwood Half Marathon on Sunday 20th March 2011. This will be our first year taking part in the event and we are so pleased with the response we have had from people signing up. We hope the day goes well for all taking part and wish our runners good luck both in their training and on the day.
The British 10k takes place on 11th July 2010 and once again the guys & girls at Hoyer will be raising funds for Clowns in the Sky. Team announcement soon so watch this space.
Richard and Pete ran the London Marathon in April for Clowns and managed to bring into the pot a combined total of £1,476.00 well done guys.
Well Lorraine & her wonderful team have done it again; by hook or by crook they have raised £1,710.50 through their sponsored 10 mile walk, and Lorraine whose back injury meant that she swapped her walk for a sponsored fast, to support the work we do at Clowns.

The Dutch House pub on Sidcup Road brought some Christmas cheer by raising more than £2,500 for Clowns in the Sky in an auction before Christmas.

Thanks to the efforts of 8 ladies who have been organising an annual fund raising event since 1988 for different charities, Clowns in the Sky has received almost £2,000 due to the generosity of the people who attended a dinner dance on 26th November 2005.
Well 2005 proved a very productive year for our Marathon Runner's. We had Runners in both the London & Edinburgh Marathons and their combined sponsorship reached over £ 7,000.00 not bad for three girls and two lads.
