Hi all, well on the far right you can seen our team for 2010 bringing in just over £2,000.00 well done all of you. On the left is our team from today 11.07.2011.

Jessica, Gary, Richard, Dean, Mitch, Ruth, Didier, Kelly, Fausta & bringing up the rear our Marathon runner from 2010 Dan. (a lot changes in a year !!!)
Depending on your point of view, today was excellent or rubbish running conditions, for me perfect, loved the sunshine. Team Clowns decided today was all about the taking part and not the time chips in our trainers, Except for Ruth, Dean & Didier who couldn't resist the challenge.

I feel a good day was had by all and I'm pleased that we all completed the run. I know you will all bring in good sponsorship as you are regular supporters of Clowns and the work we do.

Many thanks to you all, wear your medal with a smile and see you next year, if not on the Firewalk in September 2011.

Hoyer 10K Team for 2010, Richard Chambers, Ruth Rhodes, Jon Smith, Didier Villette, Joe Ansah, Dean Ord and Andy Phillips.

The weather on race day was fantastic and although we didn't manage to stay together as a team throughout the race, the team spirit stayed with us all till the end. 

The atmosphere and sense of doing something for the good for others was very rewarding and we are all confident we shall be back again next year to repeat what is now becoming a Hoyer annual event.

Sponsorship is looking good, we may not beat our total from last year of £2,400.00 but in these difficult financial times all sponsorship is welcomed.

I'd like to say a big thank you to each team member and hope to see you all again next year.
