Hospital Visit

Delivery at Royal Alexandra Children’s Hospital brings an extra special musical surprise

Friday 2nd August 2013 was a very good day for the Paediatric Oncology Day Care Unit of the Royal Alexandra Children’s Hospital in Brighton.  Not only did they receive a Clowns in the Sky arts and crafts trolley but a sensory one too!

And to add even more fun and excitement, some very special people dropped in to launch the trollies.  Boy band ‘Class A’ arrived to entertain the children, parents and staff and with that, brought lots of extra smiles!

The band commented:

“We turned up to surprise the children, have a sing song and deliver two sensory trollies – which we had to try out for ourselves, of course!”

The photos prove that even though poorly in hospital there are lots of very brave youngsters, who with a little help, can still smile through anything.

A special BIG thanks to all the fabulous children, their families, Class A as well as the Play Team and staff on the ward for making the day possible.

Clowns in the Sky hope that you enjoy your equipment and very much hope that Class A will be back to see you all again very soon!
